Because each order is made specifically for you, and cannot be resold or repurposed, we follow a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy. This applies to all products, including bespoke, customized, and discounted items.
We request all clients to review their order details, measurements, and preferences carefully before confirming the purchase.
If measurements or order information are not provided within two (2) months of confirmation, the order will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
Our team performs detailed quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, our customer care team will review the case and, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution.

Yes, we ship worldwide, however there is a nominal charge for international deliveries depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel.
Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.
You can change the shipping address before your order is shipped. This could be done by contacting us at care@arjunkhanna.com with your order details.

Arjun Khanna shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products, however if you still receive a damaged product, kindly mail us the picture of the garment received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.
